Dear Mr. & Mrs. B
It is hard to believe that this is our 3rd Christmas at Creative Childcare – I hope there are many more to come! Enjoy your warm winter break – you all deserve it. Thank you for everything you do.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Dear Parents:
My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our son Eric’s time at “Mr. and Mrs. B’s.”
Our family has moved several times since our son Eric was born in 1995. This was Eric’s third day care center. The care our son has received elsewhere was generally more then adequate, but the attention and early education provided here has truly been exceptional. We are grateful that we found Creative Childcare Center when we moved to Fredericksburg. We definitely did not want a “McDayCare” experience, and we found what we wanted at CCC – a daycare center with flexibility, creativity, and even some unpredictability – not a rigid, highly scheduled program where interaction with children is heavily scripted.
The time at Mr. and Mrs. B’s has given Eric a head start in a number of academic areas: math, reading, German, Spanish, science and art. The pre-kindergarten curriculum is educationally sound and presented in a way that helps instill a love of learning. Eric and other children have fun while they are being taught.
Even more important than the early learning schooling to us has been how the experience at Creative Childcare has helped Eric blossom in terms of his social skills. Renate, Jim and each member of their staff develop an individual relationship with each child left in their care. They also guide the young people in developing and maintaining relationships with each other. They help the children as they learn how to control anger, express feelings and take responsibility for their actions. They also provide a wide variety of activities that allow the children to have fun.
Eric will be starting kindergarten this fall and will miss Mr. and Mrs. B. So will we. While logistics will prevent us from taking advantage of the after school program offered here, we are planning for Eric to return here next summer.
Sincerely,
Debra, PhD
Dear Mrs. “B”,
I wanted to let you know how happy we are with the decision to enroll our children with Creative Child Care and Academy. The past 4 ½ months have been wonderfully successful for both girls.
We knew we were looking for a loving and nurturing childcare environment; however I felt strongly that both children were ready to develop the educational building blocks for a lifetime of learning. We tried an “institutional” day care center and in-home care, but neither met my expectations. There children were stressed and unhappy in the “center” and were not being challenged socially or intellectually in the private day care.
Finding you and CCC has made such an enormous change in our lives! In such a short time, my oldest child has begun to spell her name and can recognize her sister’s name; they are both counting in the 20’s and 30’s easily; their language and communication skills are impressive; they both discovered joy in the earth sciences (“snow is just melted rain, mommy!”); and they are HAPPY people!
My favorite part of the curriculum is Show and Tell. We discuss the letter of the week at dinner and talk about things that might be appropriate to show the class. This exercise gives the whole family a chance to interact meaningfully. We talk much less about stresses of being working parents and have a new way to communicate with our girls.
Thanks to you and your wonderful team of educators. CCC has made such an enormous difference in our lives. I am excited to learn that your facility is growing and now other parents in our community will have access to your one of a kind approach to early education. And of course, thank you for the extended hours of “supervised play”. I have learned that anyone and anyplace can call themselves a child care provider; you are so much more than that. Yours is a place I like to call “school, with grandparents.”
Regards,
Kate
To Whom It May Concern,
My husband and I were fortunate to stumble across the Creative Childcare Academy when we became dissatisfied with the preschool our two children were then attending. We were drawn by the location, but more so by the caring staff who got down on the child’s level to speak with them. As our older two went off to school we then sent our twins to preschool. All four of our children were very well prepared for kindergarten. The preschool part of the program is fantastic! Even more important than the outstanding educational foundation that my children were given, is the love, care and respect they received throughout their time at CCC. I have recommended the center to friends who are looking for a warm, loving environment, yet want a strong education program as well. The Creative Childcare Academy has it all!
Sincerely
Lisa
Mr. & Mrs. B

Mr. & Mrs. B.,
Thank you so very much for all that you have done and are doing for my daughter, Kara. I am so thankful that there was a space available for her, because she really enjoys going to Creative Childcare.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
Dear Mr. & Mrs. B
Thank you for caring for Rebecca since September of last year. She has enjoyed her time at your Center, learning and playing and especially swinging! May God continue to bless you and your work.
With love,
Courtney & Caleb
A dedicated, caring staff and a lovely country setting make CCC the ideal daycare provider for my daughter’s before and after school care. A positive, loving, supportive atmosphere is apparent as soon as you walk through the door. After being at school all day, the children are given time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings by playing on the large playground or by taking a nature walk through the woods. I am very pleased and appreciative of how well the staff at CCC has taken care of my daughter.
